Pamela L. Wolf, LCSW, Founder and CEO of Harmony, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s degree from the University of Tennessee. Pam has focused her career on providing quality adoption services to children and families. After adopting her daughter, Pam created Harmony with the dream of providing support and education to promote happy and healthy families. |

Pam Frye, M.S., Adoption Services Director, received her Master’s degree in Educational and Counseling Psychology from the University of Tennessee. Prior to joining Harmony, she spent 15 years working at the Helen Ross McNabb Center. Pam and her husband adopted a daughter from China in 2002 and draws on personal experience in working with adoptive parents. |

Zan Schriver is Harmony’s Project Director for The Center for Adoption Research and Education. He also manages Harmony’s federal grant programs and oversees grant and training curriculum development. He received a Psychology degree from the University of Tennessee. Zan spent 10 years working with child and family-focused programs, in-home intervention, family preservation, foster care and adoption. |

Michael Yates, MDIV, Project Director for State Contracts including ASAP, FOCUS and HART, received his Bachelor’s degree from Albion College and Masters of Divinity from Vanderbilt University. His experience includes 2 years of residential services at Vanderbilt Child & Adolescent Psychiatric Hospital and 12 years of therapeutic foster care and adoption. |

CLINICAL STAFF |

Kristi Kulesz, LMSW, is a Family Therapist and Clinical Supervisor with the Adoption Support & Preservation program. She also serves on Harmony’s Leadership Team. Kristi received a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in social work from the University of Tennessee. Her professional experience includes over 9 years of work with children that have experienced trauma, abuse and neglect. |

Sarah Collins, LPC, NCC, is a Family Therapist and Clinical Supervisor for the Adoption Support & Preservation program. She also serves on Harmony’s Leadership Team. Sarah received a Bachelor’s degree in psychology from Tusculum College and a Master’s degree in counseling from the University of Tennessee. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor as well as a Nationally Certified Counselor. Prior to joining Harmony, Sarah worked as an outpatient therapist treating children, teens, and adults, specializing in substance abuse disorders. |

Lenna Allen, MSW, is one of Harmony’s Adoption Support and Preservation Family Therapists. Lenna received her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in clinical social work from the University of Central Florida in Orlando, Florida. Her previous professional experience includes working with children at mental health centers, group homes, runaway shelters, and within the juvenile justice system. |

Farah Cecil, MA, is one of Harmony’s Adoption Support & Preservation Family Therapists. Farah earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in family science from Montreat Anderson College and a Master of Arts degree in education and human services with specialization in marriage and family counseling from Regent University. Her previous professional experience includes working at Phoenix Foster Homes with their therapeutic foster care program. |

Allison Cole, MS, NCC, is a Family Therapist for Harmony’s Adoption Support & Preservation Program. She earned both a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Tennessee. Her most recent professional experiences are working with individuals in an outpatient treatment facility struggling with substance abuse. |

Leslie Jenkins, LMSW, is the newest member of the ASAP Family Therapist team for the East Region. She received her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in social work from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. Leslie is licensed by the State of Tennessee. Previous experience includes foster care and residential treatment with adolescents. |

Brandi Johnson, MSSW, is a Family Therapist for ASAP in the North East Tennessee region. Brandi graduated from ETSU with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and a Master’s degree in Social Work from UT Knoxville. Brandi’s professional experience includes working with children/adolescents in an acute inpatient setting, providing out-patient treatment to a diverse population and individual/family/group therapy and case-management services to adolescent girls in foster care. |

Kim Liberatore, M.Ed., Ed.S., is a family therapist for Harmony’s Adoption Support & Preservation Program. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology, a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and an Education Specialist degree in Mental Health Counseling, all from the University of Florida. Before joining the Harmony team, Kimberly worked with at-risk adolescent girls. |

Robin Smith, Harmony’s Adoption Services Specialist, received her Master’s degree in social work from the University of Tennessee. Robin specializes in counseling children and works with Knox County Schools in addition to her work with Harmony. She has provided service helping children for over 20 years. |

Jennifer West, MA, is a counselor with Harmony’s Attachment Resource Team (HART). She earned a bachelor’s degree in English Literature at Maryville College and a master’s degree in Counseling at the University of Montana. Her professional experience ranges from coordinating campus volunteer programs to serving as a bereavement counselor with hospice programs. |

Julie Flannery is Program Director of FOCUS and oversees the Advocacy Program for Harmony. She has a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology and is a Licensed Psychological Examiner. She also serves on Harmony’s Leadership Team. She spent the past 4 years working as the Director of Foster Care and Adoption for the State of Tennessee and was the Middle Tennessee Clinical Director for Omni Visions prior to working for the state. |

David Bracey, BA, is a Regional Case Consultant for FOCUS in the Middle Tennessee Region. David received his Bachelor’s degree from Martin Methodist College. His work experience consists of 2 years at Magnolia Wilderness Academy, where he served as a team liaison. He was an Area Leader for Omni Visions Inc. in the South Central Region. |

Heather Butcher, BA, is a Regional Case Consultant for Harmony’s FOCUS program in the East Grand Region. She received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee. Her most recent professional experience comes from Omni Visions, where she spent 9 years working as an adoption coordinator in therapeutic foster care. |

Nicole Coning, BS, serves as Harmony’s Project Manager to the Advocacy and Mentorship Programs of the Tennessee Foster Adoptive Care Association (TFACA). Nicole also serves as a Regional Case Consultant for FOCUS in the East Grant Region. She received her Bachelor’s degree in behavioral science from North Central University. Nicole comes to Harmony from Omni Visions where she spent 10 years working in therapeutic foster care and special needs adoptions. |

Sonora Goodsell is a Regional Case Consultant in Middle and West Tennessee for FOCUS. She has a Bachelor’s of Social Work degree from Middle Tennessee State University with a minor in Women’s Studies and Psychology. Sonora came to us from the Department of Children’s Services where she worked as a Permanency Specialist, Facilitator, and Child Protective Services Assessment worker. |

Tina Graves, BS, is a Regional Case Consultant for the Middle Region’s FOCUS team. She received her Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and psychology from Middle Tennessee State University. She has many years of experience in the social work field. |

Lisa Norris, MSCJ, is a Regional Case Consultant in the East Region for the FOCUS program. She received both her Bachelor’s degree in psychology and her Master’s degree in criminal justice from the University of Tennessee. Previous experience includes service at the Helen Ross McNabb Center in juvenile justice, foster care and adoption. |

Robert Morgan, MDIV, is responsible for Video Productions for the FOCUS Program and agency at large. He comes with a Master’s of Divinity from Vanderbilt University and a diversity of experience in human services ranging from hospital chaplaincy to community mental health. At Helen Ross McNabb Center, he served as a therapist in a residential treatment facility for youth struggling with substance abuse issues. |

THE CENTER FOR ADOPTION RESEARCH AND EDUCATION |

Cindy Krusenklaus serves as Harmony’s IT Manager with The Center for Adoption Research and Education. Cindy supports Harmony’s programs and services via networks, databases, computers, websites and other needed support. |

Shea Watts, LPC/MHSP, NCC is the Education and Training Development Specialist for The Center for Adoption Research and Education. Along with being a licensed therapist, she also manages the state-wide Healthy Marriage-Healthy Family program. She received both her Bachelor and Master’s degrees from The University of Tennessee. Shea’s prior experience includes working in a residential treatment center for children and adolescents, teaching at Roane State, and working as a facilitator at UT. |

Evelyn Wilcox, MA serves as the Grant Development Manager with The Center for Adoption Research and Education. Evelyn has Bachelor and Master Degrees from The University of Tennessee. Evelyn comes to Harmony with over 20 years of experience of working with not-for-profit agencies, grant writing, fundraising, and development. |

Elizabeth Carroll is in-house legal counsel for Harmony Adoptions. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work from the University of Tennessee and her Law Degree from the University of Tennessee, College of Law. She serves as the Director of Harmony’s Compliance and Accountability Program (CAP). |

Kelly Braden is the Administrative Assistant for Harmony’s Compliance and Accountability Program (CAP). Kelly brings 14 years experience as an Administrative Assistant to the team, with 11 of those in therapeutic foster care. |

Steve Gellinger is Staff Accountant for Harmony Adoptions, working closely with Harmony’s Leadership Team to direct, implement, and monitor decisions to meet Harmony’s immediate and long term goals. Steve received his Bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Florida and brings over 25 years of accounting and financial experience. |

Gina Buchanan serves in the Accounting Department. She also provides facility management for the agency. Gina had a stellar career as a meeting and wedding planner for the last 10 years. |

Beverly Gonzalez is Executive Assistant to the Founder and CEO of Harmony Adoptions. She comes to Harmony after serving as Executive Assistant to the proprietor of a luxury resort for 5 years. Bev brings to Harmony many years of experience working with people and has exceptional organizational skills. |
