Rob Sheets, Board Chairman, Board President

Rob joined the Board in 2004 after he adopted his son through Harmony Adoptions. Rob is a Financial Planner with Investment Strategies of Maryville and a partner with Sheets-Phillips Developers. Rob serves Harmony and the community in many ways. He was instrumental in Harmony’s establishment of the First Harmony Classic Golf Tournament. He has been an integral part of Harmony and its Board for many years.
Pastor Eric Murray, Board Vice President
Messiah Lutheran Church, Knoxville, TN
Eric joined the Board in 2008. His interest in adoption comes from adopting his daughter. He holds a degree in Divinity. Eric serves on the staff of multiple youth ministries and camps. Eric supports all events held by Harmony, including the Adoption Tour. Eric has ridden in the tour for 4 years.
Christi Sayles, Secretary/Treasurer, CPA, CEBS

Christi joined the Board in 2009. Christi serves as the Chairman of the Board of Education for the Maryville City school system. As a school board member she is involved in Policy, Board/Superintendent Relations, Vision, Advocacy, and School Finance. Christi’s civic involvement has helped raise awareness about Harmony Adoptions in the community.
Gary Price, Vice President of HR & Restaurants

Gary recently joined Harmony’s Board of Directors. Gary holds an MBA in Finance. He has been an active member of our Capital Campaign for The Harmony Family Center. We are excited to have him on our Board as he brings great energy and extensive management experience to the team.
Donna Cobble, Retired
Donna recently joined Harmony’s Board of Directors. Donna received her BA in English from UT. She is a native east Tennessean who built a successful career as the owner of Cobble Staffing Companies. Donna was the first woman on a number of local community boards and the first female chair of both the Greater Knoxville Chamber of Commerce and the United Way campaign. She is President of the Board of Directors of Character Counts and also serves on the Board of the Alliance of Women Philanthropists. Donna has spent a lifetime building relationships in east Tennessee and will be a great asset in building awareness of Harmony in the community.
Kathryn Scourby, Business Continuity Manager

We are pleased to have had Kathy on the Board since 2009. Kathy holds a Masters Degree in Business. Kathy’s board experience includes Trustee of FALA and the Knoxville YMCA. Kathy shares her experience in human resources, leadership roles in the community, and her commitment to support Harmony’s mission. As an adoptive parent, Kathy became involved with Harmony Adoptions through the Adoption Tour, a 433.9 mile bicycle ride across the state to advocate adoption.
Roger Moore, Commercial Real Estate Advisor

Roger joined the Board in 2009. He is an adoptive parent. Roger holds a Degree in Economics from UT. He shares his management experience as well as being an avid leader in the community. Roger also serves on the Board of the American Red Cross, the Foster Care Board, Leadership Knoxville, and the 2–6 Knoxville Chamber of Commerce, As a commercial real estate advisor, he has been an integral part of our planning for The Harmony Family Center at Montvale.
Teresa Rankin, Tax Attorney

Teresa joined the Board in 2009 with an interest in giving back to the community. Teresa was a CPA before obtaining an Advanced Law Degree in Taxation from UT. Teresa serves on the Knoxville Estate Planning Council, the Tennessee Bar Association Business Committee and the TBA Tax Law Section Executive Council. Teresa’s legal expertise is a helpful component to the Board.
Bob Parker, Consultant and acting CFO

After serving as a US Army Ranger, Bob earned his MBA degree from Tennessee Technological University. Bob has served in numerous leadership positions with both large and closely-held companies. His work has involved leading strategic planning, developing new financial measurement and reporting systems, integrating business operations, and implementing successful profit improvement programs. Bob has assisted Harmony for many years to ensure fiscal stability, and to ensure Harmony maintains a strong financial future.
Pamela L. Wolf, Founder & CEO
Harmony Adoptions, Maryville, TN
Pam founded Harmony in 1996 after adopting her daughter. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a Master of Science in Social Work from UT. Prior to founding Harmony Adoptions, Pam held positions with the Knoxville Area Urban League, Volunteers of America, Inc., The Parent Refuge and the UT College of Law. Pam is very involved in her community as a member of the Leadership Blount Class of 2010 and is also a volunteer coordinator for the 4-H horse program in Blount County.
